Svetlana was delayed in meeting me because of a few patients before me who had extraordinary needs. That obviously put her behind in meeting the three patients she had yet to see during the day. Nevertheless, she was quite patient in responding in responding to some of my questions regarding the long-term outlook of my heart condition. I never felt rushed. Her explanations were quite detailed and yet clear and easy to understand. I felt very fortunate to have her care.
