About
Sara Pillay, PhD, specializes in diagnosing cognitive functioning post-stroke and in persons with aphasia. She received her PhD from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2016. She then completed an internship at the Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI, before completing a two-year fellowship specializing in neuropsychology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She works collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure the highest standard of patient-centered care. Dr. Pillay is actively involved in researching language reorganization after stroke and is a co-investigator in the Language Imaging Laboratory.
