Dr LaLande is such a wonderful provider. I have been seeing her for 25 years. I have to say over the past few years I think the clinic has changed. Seems like less support staff, different staff. I use to know all the nurses and MA's and getting help seemed easier. I feel like it has gotten a bit more corporate feeling vs more warm and friendly. I think Dr Lalande looks more tired and stressed than she did years ago. I would love to see more consistent support staff in the endocrine clinic like it use to be.
