Very professional. Approachable. (Not intimidating.) Explained things in simple terms. Excellent experience w new specialty.
Outstanding service and concern. They all deserve large increases in compensation.
My visit was fast and efficient. As soon as I checked in, I was called back. And as soon as the nurse assistant finished, the doctor walked in the door. It was a great experience. I felt heard and I felt confident in my doctor.
If there was an excellent plus 10 I would use it EVERY ONE was fantastic

First time seeing Dr Kleczka. He was so nice and truly seemed concerned as much as I was with my visit. Very easy to talk to. Was very pleased with him.
My appointment was flawless from the time I walked in I was called immediately and went to the room Doctor saw me talked to me and was out of there less than 10 minutes this was so fast I couldn't believe it also made a comment to Doc about and he chuckled.Amazing Fabulous Awesome job to all involved!

Everyone was very friendly yet professional. There was no delay at reception and I was seen byt the doctor ten minutes before my scheduled time! The exit process was swift and easy as well which incuded setting up an echo-cardiogram appointment as well as a yearly follow-up.
Dr. Kleczka is great. I appreciate his knowledge and ability to listen. Nice smile! I am glad he is my doctor.

Dr. Kleczka has always been a wonderful physician in helping me through my cardiac issues. My issues are much improved but his level of compassion vs. Other doctors at the peak of my issues was incredibly noticeable and made it a little easier to trust they would help me find a solution to get me back to a better standard of health.
