I felt Dr. Eichenseer was very invested in my care; I have only seen this level of concern in one or two other doctors. She took time to explore all the options available, and discussed multiple pathways we could use to be successful.
Dr Eichenseer is great. Listens and answers all questions. Very thorough.
I did not feel like I was being rushed out of the office. Treatment and the change in medication was made very clear.
The doctor had two assistants today, and we felt he had an excellent checkup. At one point, everyone was laughing-and that was so nice to hear. Dealing with Parkinson's, we don't often hear a roomful of laughter.

Dr. Eichenseer is a caring, excellent doctor. She is interested in my concerns and listens when I explain issues I am having. She carefully explains decisions and includes me in the decision making process. All doctors need to be this thorough and understanding.
Had to cancel my first appointment. They called me 3 times to reschedule. Thankfully I was able to come on the third try. They said they would understand if I said no again because the appointment time fell on my birthday. I said I can make it and I'm very grateful. Thanks to Doctor and everyone working in that office that made sure I got in there.
Dr. Sheila is the absolute best!! She is not only caring, but patient and empathetic...I rate her a perfect 10!!

Dr, Eichenseer is an excellent Dr. She treated me with respect and carefully listened to my concerns and made sure I understood the adjustment to my medication. She makes her me feel as if I am her primary concern as she meets with me giving plenty of time to explain any changes I am experiencing. I am thankful to have her as my doctor.
