Quality patient care requires careful listening to the patient’s own story of their problem, so as to understand the concerns and goals for care from the patient’s perspective. For care to be effective, the patient must remain an active partner - within the entire health care team. The best quality care requires going the extra mile to obtain the best possible understanding of the patient’s condition. But one has to be honest and say “these things I don’t know” when the current limits of medical knowledge have been reached. My practice of medicine is dedicated to pushing back those limits.

Dr.,Massey took the time to listen to what has been going on and what I have been going through and thinks that I should not have been sent to A GI at Froedhart, which is exactly what I had thought. After the exam he thinks it's my xiphoid and we have gotten the ball rolling to confirm and hopefully remove.If this is it and gets rid of the extreme pains I've had for 10 months he will be my hero.
I was very happy with the care that I received from Dr. Benson Massey and his PA, and additional staff members. DrMassey and his entire team were kind, informative and aunt were well informed about my past history, the procedures that I had had. Period.
